We enjoyed the property overall, but the extremely firm mattresses, uncomfortable sofa bed, and overly soft pillows made
Positive: Great location, close to everything and really quiet.
Negative: While we enjoyed the property itself, the bedding was a major issue. The mattresses were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get any sleep. A mattress topper would help immensely. The sofa bed was also poor due to the metal bar running down the middle, and the pillows were overly soft and unsupportive. Unfortunately, the lack of comfortable sleep had a significant impact on our stay especially because we were there for more than a week.

A nice and cozy stay at queenstown, 15 min walk to downtown, close to kiwi park and gondola.
Positive: The furniture, well-equipped kitchen, wash and dry machine, and nice cark park
Negative: No elevator, but take stairs as exercise, no harm.
