Positive: Location has good view, relaxing vibe and cafe nearby.
Negative: It's a bit close to the airport, could be good as you could see the plane ...but may not be suitable for travellers who don't like the sound made by the flying plane, especially you are early sleepers (no plane after 9pm)
Traffic to the city/ supermarket is usually busy, might need more time than google's estimation
