Gorgeous on Gum

We loved our time at Gorgeous on Gum and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Positive: The property was really well presented, very clean & tidy with the most amazing views over the lake and mountains.

Positive: King size beds would be more comfortable. Laundry in the second bathroom was not convenient.

Spectacular views in a stunning home Positive: It was absolutely stunning, I honestly cannot fault the property in any way. The view was spectacular, the facilities were impeccable and everything was thought of. Even down to the details of the coffee machine and providing washing powder. I will definitely be booking here again to enjoy another wine while watching the sun set over the remarkables.

Fabulous views, our favourite apartment in NZ! Positive: Fabulous views from every room in the apartment, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Fantastic to have a balcony overlooking view and a double garage to park car. This was our favourite apartment in all of New Zealand! Katrina was very responsive to any queries we had and we were fortunate to be able to check in a bit earlier than expected. Negative: You definitely need a car if staying here as it is elevated on a hill, but it is only a short drive to main town. Although unavoidable due to elevation, there are lots of steps in apartment. An outdoor BBQ on the balcony would have been ideal.
