Residence Du Parc - Apt 6b at the base of Coronet Peak

Negative: They charged us $348 dollars for washable color pencil on the table and cushion. My daughter is 3 years old and used washable color pencil on the books but because she's a kid she also wrote on the coffee table and a few lines on the cushion. They told us it's not removable when I washed a few areas myself with water and it came off. It was a total rip off. They look for ways to make money. Never going there again.
